These terms apply when you use the PEAK website or submit a launch registration or membership expression of interest.

PEAK is currently forming its launch experiences and founding membership. Dates, venues, inclusions, availability and pricing may change as details are confirmed.

Registrations and membership interest

Submitting a form records your interest and allows the PEAK team to contact you. It does not guarantee event admission or membership. Any eligibility, payment or participation requirements will be communicated separately before you commit.

Acceptable use

You must not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, submit unlawful material or attempt to access information that is not intended for you.

Intellectual property

The PEAK name, branding, website content and original materials are owned by or licensed to PEAK and may not be reproduced commercially without permission.
